We received an inquiry regarding factory ventilation from a factory in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. To cool the factory, it is first necessary to improve the airflow within the factory. By reviewing and maintaining rooftop ventilators, roof fans, and ventilators, we can achieve ventilation throughout the entire space. In this case, it was found that the existing equipment provided only 2.2 air changes per hour, which is significantly below the required 10 air changes per hour. To approach the necessary ventilation rate, we proposed the installation of new equipment.
