[Heat Stroke Prevention Case] Ventilation of Synthetic Resin Processing Plant

Planning according to each environment! Introducing examples of roof fan replacement work.

We would like to introduce a case where four units of the "Roof Fan SVK-600T" were installed at a synthetic resin processing plant in Kameyama City, Mie Prefecture. A site survey revealed that the existing four roof fans were insufficient in capacity and did not meet the required ventilation frequency for the building volume. We selected equipment suitable for the building volume and carried out the replacement work. We will plan according to each environment. Please feel free to contact us. 【Case Study】 ■ Site: Synthetic resin processing plant, Kameyama City, Mie Prefecture ■ Installed Product: 4 units of Roof Fan SVK-600T ■ Issue: Existing roof fans did not meet the required ventilation frequency and were insufficient in capacity ■ Proposal: Selected equipment suitable for the building volume and implemented replacement work *For more details, please refer to the external link or PDF materials, or feel free to contact us.

[Ventilation Case] Roof Fan Replacement Work

Creating a comfortable environment by circulating air! A case of replacement work due to aging.

We would like to introduce a case of replacing roof fans at a factory in Habikino City, Osaka Prefecture due to aging. To cool the factory, it is first necessary to create airflow. By reviewing and maintaining rooftop ventilators, roof fans, and ventilators, overall ventilation of the space can be achieved. In this case, the dimensions of the existing equipment and the replacement units did not match, so we prepared custom sizes. If the existing frames can be reused, the construction can be completed more quickly and costs can be reduced. 【Case Study】 ■ Location: Habikino City, Osaka Prefecture ■ Details: Replacement work of 5 roof fans "SVK-600 (custom size)" due to aging ■ Effects - Creates a comfortable environment - Health management for workers - Contributes to maintaining work efficiency and improving quality *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Kitchen Roof Fan BTR Series

Increased durability! Duct extension to the blowing side is possible!

● Motor direct drive type, adopting scroll-less box fan ● The motor body is installed outside the unit This ensures the motor body is not exposed to high-temperature gases, securing the typical lifespan of the motor. An outdoor motor type can be used to accommodate outdoor conditions. ● The impeller uses a high-efficiency, low-noise special runner ● Cleaning and repairs are easily manageable due to outdoor installation. ● The ducts in the ceiling create negative pressure, resulting in less oil leakage.

[Ventilation Case] About Factory Ventilation

We will repeatedly discuss the number of units to be installed and the installation locations to meet our customers' requests!

We received an inquiry regarding factory ventilation from a factory in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. To cool the factory, it is first necessary to improve the airflow within the factory. By reviewing and maintaining rooftop ventilators, roof fans, and ventilators, we can achieve ventilation throughout the entire space. In this case, it was found that the existing equipment provided only 2.2 air changes per hour, which is significantly below the required 10 air changes per hour. To approach the necessary ventilation rate, we proposed the installation of new equipment. [Case Study] ■Location: Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture ■Details: 8 units of Roof Fan SVP-900T *For more details, please refer to the external link or PDF document, or feel free to contact us.

[Heatstroke Measures] Installation of additional roof fans to compensate for insufficient ventilation.

The most important measure against heat is ventilation! We propose the installation of additional roof fans to compensate for the insufficient ventilation.

At the production factory in Nakano City, Ibaraki Prefecture, the temperature inside the building reaches around 38°C during the summer, creating a very harsh working environment. Although two existing roof fans were installed, the ventilation volume was insufficient for the building. To address the lack of ventilation, we proposed the installation of additional roof fans. We also conducted a demonstration of a spot bazooka and an evaporative cooler. After installation, natural wind flowed in through the shutter opening, creating air circulation inside the building. 【Overview】 ■ Location: Nakano City, Ibaraki Prefecture ■ Business: Production factory for hardware and materials ■ Existing air conditioning equipment: 2 roof fans ■ Newly installed products: 4 roof fans (SVO-750T) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Heat and Ventilation Measures] We propose improvements to heat retention, contributing to a positive circulation throughout the entire factory!

It is difficult to ventilate when handling powders, but we also want to implement measures against heat stroke for employees. While considering the impact on the business, we aim to achieve heat and ventilation measures throughout the entire factory.

It is difficult to implement heat countermeasures while avoiding foreign material contamination. This time, we received an inquiry about heat countermeasures for the entire factory from a powder processing manufacturer. 【Current Issues】 - Since we handle powders and need to avoid contamination of product raw materials, we cannot install cooling devices like air coolers inside the building. - Due to the proximity to the sea, outdoor equipment requires measures against salt damage. - The entire building has not been insulated. 【Proposed Solutions】 - The interior is in a state where powder is swirling due to manufacturing. First, we calculated the necessary ventilation frequency for the existing roof fans to review the ventilation system, and it was found that the ventilation volume is insufficient, so we propose replacement and expansion. *For more details, please download the materials or contact us directly.
